Deaf Help Cat is a non-profit animal welfare organization dedicated to rescuing and caring for street cats in Karachi, Pakistan.
The project was founded in November 2024 by Danish Solangi, a passionate animal lover who has devoted himself to helping injured, sick, abandoned, and vulnerable street cats.
What began as one person’s determination to save a single life, supported by private donations, has grown into an officially recognized non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of street cats.

Mission:
Every day, countless street cats struggle to survive on the streets of Karachi. Many suffer from injuries, illness, hunger, neglect, and the harsh realities of life without care.
Our mission is to give these cats a second chance.
We rescue injured and sick cats, provide medical treatment, offer daily care, and work tirelessly to give every animal the opportunity to live a healthier and safer life.
At the same time, we are committed to reducing the long-term suffering of street cats through responsible animal welfare and sustainable population management.
Vision:
Our long-term goal is to establish a Trap–Neuter–Return (TNR) program.
Through this humane and internationally recognized approach, street cats will be safely trapped, neutered or spayed by veterinarians, and returned to their familiar territory.
TNR helps prevent uncontrolled breeding, improves the health of street cat populations, and reduces the suffering of future generations.
